We don’t offer refunds or exchange of products due to change of mind or wrong sizing. Everything is made to order and there is a chart for all items that are apparel so you can make sure it is the right fit for you. If a product is defective, (which rarely happens) please send pictures of the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your item is lost in transit, you will be sent a new package with your item.
For any issue with orders clients have 20 days, from the delivery date, to let us know about any problem.
Every client is responsible for paying customs, if required by their country. Also, all processes related to customs will be handled by the client.
Everything is printed by order so please be patient. The average time depends on the product with hoodies taking the longest (around 20 business days). For all other products shipping times are shorter, specially within the USA and Europe, taking around 10 business days. For other international locations consider 20 business days the average for all products. If you need to know the estimated delivery time for your order please send an e-mail so we can calculate it for you before your purchase. Delivery times are estimated, they can change due to external factors related to the carriers, COVID or others.
We send everything through standard shipping, so if there are delays it is the absolute responsibility of the shipping carrier. I have no control over changes in time and I don’t offer refunds because of delays.
